Other than its handsome appearance and rose-gold colour, our Phosphor Bronze frets give you various other benefits. Its hardness, HV250-290, is harder than nickel silver and a little softer than stainless steel. While more resistant to wear they do sound warmer than steel or nickel. And they're nickel free; nickel is known as an allergen to some people. PB frets are gentle on the skin
