– 1x EP-4374-000 – 4-Way Oak Grigsby Switch
– 1x EP-0055-000 Switchcraft input jack
– 2x CTS 250K, solid shaft pots
– 1x EP-4383-000 one .047 mfd capacitor
– 100cm of black and 3.5 feet white single conductor, cloth covered wire (GW-0832-000)
